Cancellations

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required.  Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled less than 24 hours prior will be subject to a rebooking fee of 50% of the missed service, to be paid upon re-scheduling.

I totally understand that sometimes life happens and it is out of your control.  Discretion will be used with each individual circumstance.  Your understanding is fully appreciated.

Service Re-Do and Merchandise Returns

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction.If you are having challenges with any of your services, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I’m happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Returns on retail is available only on haircare items.Makeup is non-refundable.

No Shows

All no shows will be subject to a rebooking fee of $25 per missed service, to be paid upon re-scheduling.

Late appointments

Please arrive on time for your appointment.  If you are running late, please give me a courtesy call.  If you are 10-15 minutes late, I will do my best to accommodate your appointment, but reserve the right to cut it short if it cuts into another clients time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered a cancellation/no show and will be subject to a rebooking fee of $25 per missed service, to be paid upon re-scheduling.
